Mr. Smith is IronGate’s financial partner. He started in the commercial real estate business at age 20 while attending college at the University of Minnesota. During his career, he has renovated, owned and operated all types of investment property including multifamily, office, retail & industrial.

His current partnerships own & operate approximately 3,000,000 square feet of commercial real estate in the upper Midwest area and services over 300 tenants ranging in size from a few hundred square feet to over 750,000.
